This is the best restaurant in town! (and I've been to most of the good ones). Anjo san and his lovely wife and crew of dedicated chefs run a charming set up and the atmosphere is always warm and how a restaurant should be. The food rivals that of establishments in Tokyo that boast Michelin stars, and reflects the fact that Anjo san learnt his trade during 5 years in Italy. The wine selection is good and compliments the food well (as good wine should) and I particularly recommend the creamy risotto! Plus the place is generally tobacco free with smoking only outside and at the counter.
